I don’t want to say too much, but it’s very rare that you find a movie with so much heart in it. I haven’t read the book but I’ve heard that it was directed very true to the novel for those who may be curious. I haven’t cried this much since the Lion King (just kidding, maybe the note book haha). Just to add, it was really cool to see Amsterdam on tv after my recent visit there and I noticed that the Anne Frank house was different in person than it was in the movie (the stairs are really that steep though). All in all, it’s a must see. Ladies, drag your male friends too… They’ll secretly enjoy it. Don’t forget your Kleenex!
