Today is mental health day. There are so many people who suffer from mental health and never speak up. They disguise it with their smiles, their humour and their big warm hearts. Sometimes all you need to do is reach out, give them a hug or pick up the phone. Most of the time, we don’t even know they are suffering and the small things can make a difference or even save a life. xx
