Day 14 of my 30 day challenge is to write a timeline of my day. Obviously I added a little quote because it went to perfectly with today’s writing haha. My day can seem hectic some days and super laid back on others depending on my mood. Here’s an exact and very detailed outline of my day from Monday through Friday (weekends are usually a write off because it’s just one long 48 hour day haha). I like routine so this is honestly as accurate as it gets haha.
5:45 am- alarm goes off
5:50 am- brush my teeth and body shower (I don’t wash my hair everyday).
6:05 am- make coffee on keurig and have a small bfast while starting to getting ready for my day.
6:30 am- out the door for work.
7:30-8:00 am- Start working between these hours. Usually from 8:00-11:00 am I am in a meeting of some sort.
11:00-11:15 am- quick break where I usually have my snack (cucumbers hahaha).
Back to work for brainstorming until 1:00 pm Where I have my lunch. I’m the weirdo who brings the smelly lunch lol.
2:00 pm I start working again until I am finished with my projects for the day which usually is around 4:00 pm and never later than 5:00 pm where I have a little snack.
After work/evenings- On most days I go to the gym. I started back up a few months ago because I wanted to get healthier. On Monday and Wednesday’s I spin at 5:15 pm and on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I spin at 6:15 pm. I always go in a little earlier to do a quick toning work out and always sit in the sauna for 15-20 minutes after. Also, on Tuesday’s I have my women’s league soccer games that I go to when I can, they’re usually before 8:30 pm.
Around 8:00 pm I take my post gym shower and have my dinner. Most days it’s either a salad from a local place called la Luna and chicken or a healthyish dinner I make at home. Sometimes I go out to eat and order the world but since I haven’t been eating bread, rice and pasta for lent it’s less likely that I am out or dinner.
From that point on I am usually snuggled in bed with phone in hand and I’m either catching up on some work, reading a book, on WordPress reading and sharing some posts and some late night Tv (Jimmy Kimmel live).
I have a hard time sleeping at night so I usually get 6 hours of sleep at most. I’m not complaining though, it’s very rare that I feel tired.
Well, I’m sure no one really cared for those details hahaha but that’s a timeline of my day and since I am doing this challenge I had to post it.
