  1. Taught myself to realise this over the years! I wasted a lot of time being passive due to anxiety.

  2. Reality is perceptional. If you think and visualize a past trauma or future fear, thats what you live!
    ***HYPOTHETICALLY (hint) if you were “delusional” by undistracted happiness than you would experience and live happy.
