  1. I did 8 squats and 32 sit-ups before deciding that was enough ‘hot body’ workout for tonight. Poor form!

    • I tell myself we can. Enough workout out can give us the hot wing hahaha but a wing is 100 calories so sometimes it’s not even worth it 😦
