I’m guilty of this. Just did it the other night. I poured out a bunch into the pot, not realizing that the pasta plumps as it cooks.
Guilty as charged. The positive side of this… you don’t have to cook the rest of the week. haha

ya – usually much less than that. The spaghetti ie: straight pasta is much easier to figure. 😉 Unless someone tells me I’m not doing enuf – I usually do the right amount … it’s a talent. 🙂
