How true is this? I personally have experienced this and continue to experience this myself. It takes you and only you to make the changes you need to proceed into a more positive life. We all have our own personal struggles but the minute we come to terms with no longer making excuses, we finally get up and make changes. All transformations starts from within.

Very true!! I came to this conclusion recently and have gotten up of my ass and have been working ever since desperately trying to get the life I want with no excuses just hard work, love and positivity.
